The Queens Educational Opportunity Center was established to serve New York State residents who are academically unprepared for college level study and vocationally unprepared for employment, lack competitive skills, and are from low to moderate income households.

Do you want to learn English?
The Queens EOC has an English as a Second Language program that, with the help of skilled instructors, can teach you English so you can further your education or seek employment.
Have you considered attending college to obtain a degree?
The Queens EOC has a college preparation program called Pathways-to-College to help you explore all the possibilities, prepare for and apply to college, and college connections initiative to explore college opportunities.
